08609 – 3M™ Windo-Weld™ Super-Fast Urethane securely bonds replacement auto glass to car bodies, including windshields, backlites and sidelites. Formulated for convenience, our medium viscosity adhesive is a single-component, moisture-curing product that requires no mixing, which is an advantage because many windshield replacements are done at the customer’s location away from the shop

08690 – 3M™ Fast Cure Auto Glass Urethane is a one-part, moisture-curing, auto glass urethane that produces an extremely fast-cure. We formulated this adhesive with high viscosity for accurate placement and high bond strength to meet a variety of application strength requirements. This urethane adhesive is ideal for those applications that require a fast cure and strong hold, such as windshield bonding.

One-part polyurethane adhesive for windscreen with high performances. VABER VITROFIX is a one component fast set polyurethane adhesive sealant recommended for automotive direct glazing. VABER VITROFIX cures in a short time allowing for removal of vehicle after 3 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity (passes FMVSS212).

08505 3M™ Fast ‘N Firm Seam Sealer is a fast setting seam sealer designed for sealing exterior joints and seams. Our sealer adheres well to clean primed or painted metal. This product comes in a 1/10-gallon cartridge. If saving time and boosting productivity are important, this seam sealer is an ideal choice. It is paintable in only 45 minutes.

3M™ Polyurethane Seam Sealers are 1K moisture curing polyurethane products designed for seam sealing applications in car body repair. These 1K sealers are high-solid adhesive sealer products, which cure to a tough, permanently flexible material within 24 hours when exposed to atmospheric moisture. (The speed of cure depends on bead thickness and environmental conditions). Temperature resistant from -40°C to +90°C (temporarily up to 120°C). Ideal for sealing medium and wide car body seams, welding seams or even suitable for use on wood or plastics. Can be applied directly to bare steel, can be used as a weld-through sealer. This application must be done whilst the product is still wet (within 35 mins of application). The product must be left to cure (min 45 mins!) prior to application of water-based base coats.

A multi-purpose, fast-drying seam sealer that is easily applied with a brush. The product will not flow or run after application. Use for sealing floor pans, fire walls, trunk seams, shock absorber mounting towers, around wheel-wells, fuel filler splash pans and around headlight and taillight openings.

VABER MULTISPRAY is a one component MS-Polymer based sprayable seam sealant designed for sealing metal joints and flanges in car and cargo bodies.

Its main features are:

* after painting it will not cause cracks or superficial shrinkages

* good resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents

VABER – ITALY

VABER SP5  is a one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant. It is used in automotive industry for sealing flanges, welded beads and spots in front and back car body, trunk bottom and car floor.

VABER SP5 provides an excellent barrier against water, dust and humidity infiltration in joints and in inside the car. It is resistant to mild chemical agent.

VABER SP5 is also used for:

* jointing and bonding in metal construction

* floor-joints subjected to medium low movement

* bonding of vibrating parts in coachworks and containers

Coatings

08883 – 3M™ Rubberized Undercoating helps protect the undercarriage of cars, trucks, vans and recreational vehicles from both corrosion and abrasion. The coating may also be used to protect wheel wells, quarter panels, interior side of fenders, door skins, under side of the hood and trunk lid, floor pans, and more. The rubberized undercoating also helps deaden noise, allowing for a more pleasant and quieter ride. The spray goes on as a textured black finish that resists chipping, abrasion, exterior rusting, and weathering. It provides one-coat build-up with no dripping, running, or sagging. Protecting your vehicle with an application of rubberized undercoating is advised for long-term protection of the undercarriage.

08881 – 3M™ Undercoating protects vulnerable automotive metal parts from corrosion and abrasion. Specifically designed for automotive undercarriages, wheel wells and body panels — quarter panels, under hoods, trunks, undersides of floor pans — it’s equally effective in many other automotive applications. Multi-purpose aerosol undercoating is available in a rubberized formula that can be painted.

The 3M™ 08861 is a black asphalt-based, underbody coatings and designed to protect the surfaces against gravels. It gives a tough and flexible coating after drying with excellent rust proofing and sound deadening properties.

This product is recommended to protect nonvisible parts under the car body which do not require to be painted over:

– Wheel arches

– Underbody areas

– Inside wings panels

The product will provide the same appearance and protection against corrosion as the original OEM coating.

08868 – 3M™ rubberized coatings provide stone chip protection. They have excellent sound deadening and rust preventive properties. They are fast drying and over paintable.

3M™ 08868 can be used to restore textured finishes on new parts or repaired

panels in the following areas:

– Wheel arches          – Front/rear valences

3M™ 08868 black coating can be used as an undercoating and body coating because it is over paintable.

U-POL – US

The 1 US Gallon Raptor Kit is the industry standard in bedliner coating. Each kit contains four bottles of Raptor and one tin of hardener. Each kit covers approximately 125 square feet, enough to do a full-size pick-up truck bed. Compatible with both Raptor Schutz and Professional Vari-Nozzle application guns. Use for automotive, construction, marine, recreational, industrial, agricultural and commercial applications.

Primers

3M™ Tape Primer 94 can be used to improve the overall adhesion of tape, film and vinyl graphics to polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces.

Dries in Minutes for Efficient Use, make sure your surface is clean and dry before applying a thin, uniform coat of 3M™ Tape Primer 94. The primed surface must remain free from contaminants prior to applying the tape. It’s important to use the minimum amount of product necessary as over applying can cause sub-optimal results. Allow the primer to dry completely, which is usually accomplished in 5 minutes at room temperature, before applying tape. Special note: porous surfaces may require 2 applications for uniform coverage and good adhesion. Allow your first application of primer to dry before applying a second coat.
